If your music is low and smooth
Try marketing in the Yuppie market of "Smooth Jazz". Some of the tunes I hear from the Smooth Jazz channels sound like music from pornos. I am not knocking the genre, but you may have better luck in the smooth jazz crowd. My opinion is smooth jazz is lazy rock and roll not jazz . But hey, it sells and the market is strong, there are a lot of "Hipsters" out there wanting smooth jazz to listen to because it makes them appear Hip. I know a tenor sax player, great studio jazz musician, who records smooth jazz just because it sells. The man does not like to admit it, but it pays the bills. By the way, music is like real estate, location , location, location
